Poor sick Alex.
Alex is sick. He has not stopped coughing since he came back home from Teddy’s mother on Sunday night. Cough medicine seems to help a little bit, but thats all. At least Alex doesn’t show any other symptoms of being sick though, no runny nose, no sneezing, nothing else but coughing. I guess thats good. What isn’t good is the fact that he isn’t eating either. Its not the first time he has gotten sick and not eaten, but it still bothers me. He needs to eat. He is a growing toddler. He can’t live off of 2 pieces of kix cereal, 3 chicken nuggets, a little bit of jello, and 1 cracker all day. I wish I was exaggerating, but thats all I saw him eat. He drinks well though, and of course he would. That boy loves his juice (even if there is medicine mixed in, but don’t tell him that!)
Another thing about Alex is that he loves to take off his diaper when he gets the chance. It was pretty warm in the house for most of the day, so I let Alex run around in just a t-shirt. Well, after one of his naps, he came running out of his room without a diaper. I didn’t even notice, Joe had to point it out. Lucky for me there wasn’t a mess anywhere, so I don’t think he had it off for that long. You do have to say one thing though, my boy loves being naked.
I didn’t manage to work on my new project today “Indecisive Princess” but I did redo “In the Kitchen.” So, if anyone bookmarked any recipes, don’t worry they are still there, they are just located at a different page now. I’ve also made it possible for people to post comments too. I’m very happy with they way it has turned out. So, go check it out. (Yes, that was a shameless plug, but at least it was a plug about my site on my site.)
