Christmas Eve

It is Christmas Eve, I worked today, got off at 3:30 to make the long commute by train back to Frederick, only to get in the car and drive for an hour to get Andrew. Andrew?s mother, actually, his grand mother invited me in for some dinner when I picked him up as they were having a Christmas Eve get together. I hesitated, but since I didn?t have dinner, and they were having a dish called chicken divan, something I enjoy, I agreed. I am going to try and get the recipe for Amy because I think she will like it also. After that I stopped over at my mother?s house just to chat, and break up my trip a little more. Andrew had fun with his great grand mother, she sings to him and he just can?t get enough of it.

Tomorrow morning Andrew and I will open presents, I hope to get some good pictures. Then we will head back to my mother?s house for Christmas breakfast. At noon, I will return Andrew to his mother and then, who knows what I?m going to do, I haven?t decided yet.

Amy forgot her camera, I?m not sure if she wanted to take it or not, but I would think that she would want pictures of Alex?s 2nd Christmas, the first Christmas morning Amy and Alex will have spent together. I will have to wait two more years for Alex, Amy, Andrew, and I to have a Christmas Morning together, that is, if Alex?s father decides to start paying child support. I have Andrew on Christmas Eve & Christmas morning every year. That is just how his mother wanted it. I hope I remember to get pictures of Andrew tomorrow so that I can share them with Amy and everyone, since Andrew and I will be having Christmas morning with only the two of us.

I?m going to try and clean up a little around here tonight, and hopefully give Amy a surprise, I can?t say what it is, or else it wouldn?t be a surprise.
