Baby fever.
I recieved one of those babiesrus big book advertisements in the mail today. They had so many cute things that I want to get, but I can’t without a baby. So, I need a baby. I want a baby. I’m having baby fever. Joe keeps insisting that we can try and have a baby tonight, but he is just saying that because I’m on depo and he knows I can’t have a baby. If I weren’t it would be another story entirely. Babies are so cute though! Not to mention I live in a house with three men. Three. The only other female in the house is the cat. I need a baby girl to level the playing field. To make matters worse Teddy is supposed to pick up Alex tomorrow. I go crazy looking at kids and babies when Alex isn’t around. How am I supposed to go crazy when I’m already crazy with baby fever? This weekend is going to be like the ultimate baby fever for me.
Ok, enough of the baby fever.
Today was another day in which I did very well with my to-do list. There was only one thing in which I didn’t complete, and that was just for my website, and something fun to give me a break. I probably could have done it, but I spent a lot of good quality time with Alex today instead. We played all sorts of games today. We danced while I sang really bad versions of oldies. We also played horse where Alex climbs on my knee and I bounce him making horse sounds. Last but not least, we played his favorite catch me I’m gonna fall game, where he sits on my lap and “falls” back and I “catch” him with my arms. It was a good day playing.
It was also pretty tiring physically on me combined with the cleaning, but its worth it. Time for bed, so I can get plenty of sleep before Joe’s alarm wakes me up at 4am.
