Alex’s Birthday.

Happy 2nd Birthday Alex!

At 3:34pm EST Alex will officially be 2 years old. Has it really been that long already? I think it means more to me then it does to him though, after all, I’m pretty sure he doesn’t realize it is his birthday.

Tonight Joe is coming home from work early for a little mini party. I’ve baked Alex some cupcakes and he will open (well, it isn’t wrapped..so I guess recieve would be a better word) his gift from Joe and I, an outdoor basketball set. I’m also planning on making him one of his fav dinners, popcorn shrimp.

This Sunday we are having his party at 1pm. Friends and family have been invited and a Wiggles cake has been ordered. The menu of course is the food Alex asks for all the time, pizza and soda. And no, Alex doesn’t get soda (at least not from me), he just asks for it. For his birthday party though, I think I’ll make an exception.
