Update
Yeah, so I meant to update what happened at court a long time ago. Oh well.
Just like I thought Teddy is getting a suspension in child support until either 30 days after he is released from jail or until he gets a job, whichever comes first. They are back dating it to his booking date, so that means the arrears is dropping to under $3,000. The best part is (ok, not really) that the court order has Alex’s last name as Teddys last name-my last name. Of course, Alex’s last name is just my last name. I guess I’m going to have to get that changed, although it is very tempting to say “I’m sorry, this court order was written for a child which does not exist so Teddy still owes $184/month.” (I’m kidding, so don’t argue with me that I shouldn’t say that.)
In other news..
I hate pregnancy. Really, I’m feeling pretty terrible lately. Last night I woke up at 4:30am having to pee badly and I just couldn’t fall back asleep. The baby is moving and kicking and my stomach is getting big so I need to suport it and the baby thinks its fun to press on my back and all of that causes me never to be comfortable.
The only good part is Alex is always telling me that I need to go to the doctors to get the baby out. He is anxious to see the baby, and that is just so cute! Don’t get me wrong, he still doesn’t want to be a big brother. He just likes the idea of seeing the baby. It doesn’t surprise me to much though, Alex has always taken in interest in looking at babies.
