Meal Plan
I’m feeling very frustrated with my meal plan this morning. Basically I have to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a before bed snack. I also can have an optional morning and afternoon snack. I have to space my meals 2 to 3 hours apart. With every meal I eat I must eat a certain number of carbs, but I can’t go over my allowed carb intake either. Breakfast is the hardest as the “range” is only 30g, which isn’t a range at all. It is hard to try and hit 30g exactly, especially since I’m usually not feeling hungry in the morning.
Like this morning. I’m not hungry, but I had to eat something. So I figured I would eat a small portion of cereal and milk which equals 30g and supplement that with a morning snack of yogurt 2 hours later. Up until 10:30am I was fine and now I’m so hungry. I can’t eat lunch until at least 11am. I want fooood. Only a few more mins to go. Then I can have a filling lunch. Foooooood. Give. Me. Fooooooood.
Ah, it is my own fault. I should of ate a bigger breakfast of eggs, bacon, and toast and then I wouldn’t have this problem.

I feel ya on that one!!! Having to really put thought into what you eat and when you eat is such a pain!!!
