Netflix.
The other day Joe and I decided to sign up for netflix.? Yes, I know, we are way behind the times.? For the most part though we have always just bought dvds.? Joe has this thing where he thinks he likes to watch a movie more than once and therefore buying a dvd instead of renting it makes sense.? Truth be told though he has many dvds that he bought which he has yet to watch even once, and?only some?of the other dvds in our collection has he found the time for to watch again.? So we came to netflix.? Due to the fact that I’m cheap (yes, I’ll admit it, I’m the cheap one in the family) I signed us up for the get one dvd at a time and unlimited dvds a month for $9.99 package.? This is mostly because I figured we, ok I,?would only watch one or two movies a week.? To prove that yes signing up for the cheap package was my idea, Joe actually wanted to sign us up for one of the higher packages.? I talked him out of it.
Our first dvd arrived yesterday, Fun with Dick and Jane.? It was pretty good and I enjoyed watching it.? Joe seemed to like it too.? We will be shipping it back out today and waiting for our next dvd to arrive soon.??I get a cheap thrill out of getting a dvd in the mail.

Fun with Dick and Jane was good – I especially liked the special thanks to Enron, Adelphia, Worldcom, Tyco, and maybe some others :).

Netflix is pretty good, watch them for overcharging your card and sending broken DVDs.
